Brazilian Salad
Ingredients:-
- 1 1/2 Head mixed romaine and Leaf lettuce washed well, Gently patted dry
- 3 Tomatoes peeled and sliced Thin
- 1 lg. Onion, sliced thin
- 1 can (14-oz) hearts of palm Drained and sliced
- 1 can (6-oz) drained black olives
- 1 can (15-oz) drained garbanzo beans Fresh chopped parsley to Garnish Olive oil.
Directions:-
Line serving platter with large lettuce leaves. Break the remaining lettuce into bite size pieces and place over the top of the large leaves. Arrange tomato slices, overlapping down the center of the lettuce bed, tucking onion slices in between the tomatoes. Arrange sliced hearts of palm next to the tomatoes. Add rows of olives and garbanzos. Serve with a sprinkle of parsley and olive oil or other favorite dressing on the side.
3-Bean Casserole

Ingredients:-
- 20 oz Kidney beans
- 20 oz Lima beans; canned
- 20 oz Pork and beans
- 1/2 lb Bacon; chopped
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 lg Onions; chopped
- 1/2 c Brown sugar
- 1/2 c Ketchup
- 1 tb Mustard, prepared
- 1 tb Worcestershire sauce.
Directions:-
Brown bacon and beef. Add all other ingredients. Mix well and bake at 325 for 35 minutes.
7 Can Soup

Ingredients:-
- 10 3/4 ounces tomato soup, condensed
- 14 1/2 ounces Rotel tomatoes — diced
- 14 1/2 ounces tomato sauce with celery, onion, peppers
- 15 ounces chili with no beans
- 15 ounces chili with beans
- 1 15 1/4 ounce kernel corn — drained
- 15 ounces mixed vegetables — drained
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon sugar.
Directions:-
Brown ground beef. Mix all ingredients together and simmer.
Baked Bean Casserole

Ingredients:-
- 2 sl Bacon
- 16 oz Old fashioned baked beans
- In molasses and brown sugar Sauce, canned
- 2 T Minced onion
- 2 T Catsup
- 1 t Prepared mustard
- 2 T Brown sugar.
Directions:-
1. Place bacon on a paper-towel-lined paper plate. Heat, covered with paper
toweling, 3 minutes or until crisp. 2. In a deep, 1 1/2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole combine
beans, onion, catsup, mustard and brown sugar. Mix thoroughly. 3. Crumble bacon and sprinkle over baked bean mixture.
4. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 10 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.
Variation: Add 6 franks or 4 slices ( 1/2-inch thick) ham and heat an additional 2 minutes in Step 4.
