Mango Ice Cream
Ingredients:-
sugar – 2cup
milk – 2 liter
mango – 1kg
custard powder – 2tbsp
fresh cream – 500gm.
Method:-
Make the custard as usuall method with milk,sugar and custard powder,and let it cool.peel the mango and cut into small pieces,and blend it with cold custard in blender,and then blend with fresh cream.if you have ice cream machine you can put it in ice cream machine,otherwise you can freeze it in freezer.
Lemon Ice Refreshner
Lemon Ice Refreshner
Ingredients:-
sugar 2 cups
water 6 cups
juice of 8 lemons
2 slices of lemon
few drops of green colour
few drops of mint essence.
Method:-
Boil water and add sugar in it. Cool it then add the remaining ingredients. take some of the liquid out n place it in the ice trays n let it freeze n cool the liquid as well. serve chilled with its own ice.
Lychee Drink
Lychee Drink
Ingredients:-
24 Lychees
1/4 cup Water (cold)
1/3 cup Milk
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Halfandhalf
1 tsp. Lemon juice.
Method:-
Peel and seed lychees. Squeeze lychees through 2 thickness of cheesecloth to obtain 1 cup juice.
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let stand 5 minutes. Scald milk and stir until thoroughly dissolved. Add sugar, mixing well. Cool.
Add milk and halfandhalf. Stir in lychee and lemon juice.
Freeze in ice cream freezer.
